tis only dangerous if the heater is switched on and the tank has fool in it. and this tank dunt smell like it ever has had any in it?
 
fitted a A bar,( reasonably easy.)
fitted rear bumperettes.(again pretty easy )
swapped my rusty nuts and bolts for lovely shiny stainless ones(major pain in the arse.more cuts on the back of my hands than i can count)
 
Naff all, cos the more I tinker with and look for "faults" the less money I've got to get me noo two wheeled death trap:doh:, doing my head in not looking though as I can hear her "calling":lalala::lalala::lalala:
 
To do the weekend:Oil change-finally Done **** of **** with the right tool, replace bulbs with ultra bright ones nope, check brake pads see why they are squealing so much sort of , maybe find some new greenlanes at me folks no such luck..
Also did HT leads and loose starter motor wire, starts much brisker now.Coolant and oil level checks for tonight.
 
finally fixed me tailgate lock so it err locks :rolleyes: put a new lpg vapouriser on in place of me leaky one and found the coolant leak that was hiding underneath it! fitted me new cb, got no idea if it works yet tho:) got horn to work after a swift whack and cleaned me windows inside to get rid of the marks where i keeps lickin em:D

Well boys/girls welded the last hole (I hope) in the passenger side of the chassis, and painted it few bits to do on that side again. Thursday I'll have a look at the other side see what state that is in, I will get there one day.:rolleyes:

:D :D i was rel careful to leave all me cobwebs in place ;) could do with an mot place down this way like ethans;) it's save me weeks worth of weldin :rolleyes:
 
on sunday took it to weston and drove through the surf in the dark.. made a pretty big splash

today ordered service kit and engine oil.. gonna do diff oils etc after salisbury...
 
fitted passenger side rear shock drop plate but ran out of time to do drivers side because i had to cut the nice shiney galvanised plate to fit in the space i had:mad:

gonna do other side in the morning so its not pis#ed up:rolleyes:

then the lift is compleate an i just need the new tyres to go on coz it looks daft coz the wheel arches aren't filled:rolleyes:
