I hoovered it out and sprayed it liberaly with back to black, at least all the scratches and ingrained dirt looks shiny, started to pressure wash the outside and underneath but mrs frigate wanted to go to B&Q so that will be some other days job. Yippee!

Took mine for a spin off road through the forest. It was very muddy and my Trac Edge AT tires just couldn't handle it. Couldn't get any traction going up a steep muddy/grassy slope. Even when reversing back down and trying to put a steering lock on to get back onto the lane the Landy just kept sliding in a straight line. I'm going to have to research some good Mud tires that also work on the road.

All of it ?

Yep, found out where it was joined

Its riveted to the seat box plate, spot welded to the sides and riveted in places too, then two bolts at the base of the central support if you have a spare tyre mount on it which go onto the seatbox plate part

Ripped the car transporter wheels off and checked the brakes. Some Teit decided to tighten the brake bias bolt to lock it in place. Removed brakes cleaned all the threads on brake rods re assembled and now req new bolts ones less worn so I can hook them up and adjust them. Plus need hub seals, chance of getting them on a Sunday here Not a chance!

You see them Rivets Rusting??? well rivets are usually ally or SS and neither tends to rust much.. So that would tell an observant person that they're screws..

Could be soft iron :p or mild steel ;) I pulled out some rusty mild ones from the pickup bed today
