The driver's door lock spacers popped out at Bologna airport!
And I couldn't get the effing door to shut. I tried driving down the motorway with one hand on the door but it was mega scary so I stopped and temporarily solved the problem thus
And drove home via the scenic route.
Have now sorted the door so it shuts again

Funnily enough we had an old LDV van we called Mandy that had to have the side door tied shut in a similar fashion!

Attempted to cut out the old bushes in the panhard rod.......smashed me knuckles, snapped 3 hacksaw blades, broke 1 drill bit...........and chucked ma teddy in the corner!
gonna find a local garage the morrow wea a press!

Swore at it, threw a spanner it, kicked it and come remarkably close to setting the b****rd thing on fire.Gearbox oil coolers and their associated pipes are work of the Devil, I tell thee!!

I actually made a start on getting the Series back on the road today
