discovered celotex insulation is just the right size to fit inbetween the rear door and panel, so now the rear door is nicely insulated, for free (off cuts from work!!)

it works... still not parking automatically, but working is good!

had simular problem with me disco rear wiper,
but it would`nt stop.
it all started after i found it was siezed on its spindle, so after much wd 40 & oiling, put it all back, and,
would`nt stop..
from memory there was about 5 wires going to it,
so with me multi metre, I checked what wires were what, and cut a few.

:D
wiper now works just fine but its pot luck where it stops.
got the hang of it now tho` and can get it to stop fully erect
or just sleeping sideways ;)

mine had been installed wrongly (disco wiper on fender), and fried me wiper switch,
now if i connect perm live, it wont stop, so just have switch and earth connected up, wipes window, so works...

Mine isn't working at all... at was stuck in the middle of the screen so I pulled it down thinking it would just turn the motor, now it has a lot more travel in it then it should and still don't work :( I think its something in the wiring loom.

But hey! who needs a rear wiper!

Fixed (slight play) wheel bearing, leaky headlight washer?? turns out you just have to remove pipe then put it back on!!!! strange. replace auto selector bulbs, fixed rear door lock. got it muddy :)

Door springs arrived Tuesday and had to wait for the rain to stop long enough to attack the doors.. Manage to complete o/s back door but then when I stripped back the tailgate. Rather a quick fix I undone took everything out back to the lock cylinder as mine came away from the shaft. All gone back ok I couldn't remember where the rod from the cylinder shaft attaches then I ran out of daylight I took pics but it must of been hidden ??
