Changed my spot lights, took off the square crappy ones, and replaced with nice stainless, round driving lamps, luverly :D
 
Fitted a new gearbox selector switch got all gears now and silicone sealer round windscreen so hopefully it won't let in water .
 
Used it to pull out some old bushes around the car port, the old bushes have been replaced with some nice box profile sheets to protect my Land Rover, my mums C1 and my brothers mini from the elements, oh and we also took the box for a walk in it :biggrin1:

stat now done...

rubber seal gone! i mean totally gone! the whole thing was full of powdery crud. which must have got loose and into heater matrix and blocked it.

the feed pipe to the matrix was swelling when engine revved.. the return was stayin cold...

its now perfect, heater loverly and warm again..

Changed the belt tensioner today. Luverly & quiet again now! :D

Also finally got round to putting the refurbished headlining back in.
**** bag of a job but more than worth it in the end - very pleased with the end result. :5bhurray:

found another hole , welded it up now have a hole free disco then waxoiled me chassis 2 more jobs to do then off for an early mot next week
 
Dressed up the welds on my chassis repairs and trying to figure out a way to line up both rearmost spring hangers. Please see my thread.
 
spent the afternoon with a grinder buffer wire wheel and sandpaper looking for the friggin chassis number wich doesnt seem to be on the front drivers chassis leg anywhere gonna investigate the other leg tomorrow :confused::confused::confused:

its allways on that leg ,havent you got vin plate anywhere

i found the engine block number and gearbox serial number but not found anything for the chassis yet but it is laced with comedy patches here and there

check out the ( shes home boys thread ) ive just put pics up of where ive been cleaning and digging lol

Ive had landys in the past that have been welded in that area and chassis number gone:mad:
 
took the Rangie down to the dealer to look at the cause of the book symbol. Paul the tech laughed and said there were over 30 fault codes. He just cleared them and didn't charge me for the privilege. Probably felt sorry for me :D
