Ballast and I took the landy for a spin around the Isle of Wight. While sat at Hanover point making a cup of tea, a nice genuine looking D reg 110 pulled up behind us and the family climbed out and went off for a walk along the beach. We got a cheery wave off the driver and gave him thumbs up and a smile back.

A cheery wave from a driver on the isle of widget means he wanted to do the wife swap thing :D:D:D

come and fix mine will ya?
the flexi-pipe has parted company with the silencer - tis a bit loud now.
Pay me fuel bill and I will :p
Has something broken or has it just come apart?

The only thing I did differently was to weld some brackets onto the silencer so that I could bolt it to the chassis, as I couldn't work out how you'd fixed yours in place! It was dark when I finished today, but I'll take some pics and add them to your "how to" thread.

Ian.

I adjusted my turbo wastegate rod a touch. It's still not 100% right but it's only a touch off the mark. Hopefully I should get it spot on within a couple more attempts.
