Here is some pics of the latest sound proofing/shelf of my 90's rear door almost ready for our wales trip in ...........I 'm useless with dates Lol well its some time away.

Anyone spot the Gap above the rear tub and roof, Guess that not helping my sound issues. Anyway this is the beginning of a serious attempt to reduce noise within the 90.

Welcome to any suggestions welcomed but I can't stretch to a Wright offroad mat even tho it is supposed to be amazing.

Still needs some stainless steel as a heat shield to save the leatherette (with a logo etched in mabe), some trim to hide the staples underneath and another strap to secure it up out the way (almost done no pics yet).

Ooooooh. you remebered what you had under the tarpaulin then?:p

With a bit of luck you might get it on the road this year.:)

It could have been on the road last week.

But Robin wouldn't let me tow it to the nearest scrap yard. I told him Daft wouldn't miss it for ages, as he'd forgotten where he left it, but he wouldn't believe me. :(

:p :p

Well, I removed cleaned up and refitted the pipe from the lift pump.....

Turns out it wasn't that that was leaking. However, in the process I have made the leak worse and now can tell exactly where it's coming from.........the connector on the high pressure side of the lift pump.

I'm guessing the lift pump is a take off and replace part with no chance of fixing, so now off to search for prices :-(

Leak is now too bad to drive - so it's on the bus to work in the morning :-(
