Today ive welded on 2 inner arch sections on my 300 tdi, primed them, and rattle canned them back to blue, refitted all inner door trims /rubbers seatbelt holders, and sill covers, and all this when the weather man stated ive no chance of doing fookall today,Also attempted to reglue the roof lining back but alas this failed totally,so now it looks like i got to source a replacement headlining

Finished off me timing belt change. All went fairly well but the timing seems to of shifted a bit. Runs and sounds good but it aint starting as well as it did. I have read through a thread about adjustment on the 300tdi, so thats me next job!

as promised i have learnt how the digital witchcraft camera works and then magically beamed the pictures to this contraption and hopefully you will be able to see them!
not finished yet, but these are my sides steps, the box section that i've made the sill parts and mounting legs to the chassis from is supposedly rated to 3500kg load, and the step is made of 40mm box section, about 3mm thick wall, i've got to cap the ends of the box, and i'm going to lay some catwalk into the gap flush with the box to make something to stand on.
hopefully they'll stop people banging their doors against mine, stop trees and rocks smashing my bodywork to bits while i'm playing
