finally got round to fitting a new oil pressure switch, and give the whole thing a quick jet wash so i dont keep gettin mud on me trousers!!
 
wotcha need one of them fur? dont furget this is a 200TDi - so not the same hassles as yours (I hope).
But it wud still be nice to have someone on hand who has done it before (i.e. knows wot to do ;))

Hows many bags of chippies duz he charge?;) It aint critical, but the motor has done 120K and I have the kit - so it seems a good idea ;).

it aint critical until it goes bang....like you heard !...my advice is to get it done sooner rather than later or it's even longer off the road and expense !
 
Tis a piece of cake on 200's - do it yer sen.
I did mine in 3 hrs and that was goin very slow and methodical and bein very anal about cleanin everything.

I was going to, Trew - but yu know wot its like - its bloody useful to have someone wots done it before on hand...
 
I've left mine in the garage feeling sorry for itself with a blown head gasket whilst taking my wifes little car on a 400 mile round trip to fetch some 90 side panels with windows that i bought on ebay only to find they are too small and actually for a 110 when i got home.

Not the best of days!

Anyone wont to buy a pair of 110 side panels in good nick. Theyre in 'erefordshire now.

New front to rear brake pipes, new rear transfer box oil seal and a quieter set of wheels/ girlie tyres. :rolleyes:

Hi, Hope you are happy with the Disco. I can give you the phone no. for somebody who said they'd fit the cam belt for £100. He done the clutch for me.
What have have done with my Landie today? Nothing just looking for another one now! Otherwise it's time to get some Mud Terrains and a lift kit for my wifes KIA!
