I've had another trip to Wales yesterday. I trundled over to see a friend at Llangollen and then we went to see some more people near Bethesda and went to Newborough beach, where the facilities have been revamped since I was thee last. The car park is very fancy and there's a toilet block that looks like an arts centre. I think the architects get them out of the same catalogue. Here's the route. No pictures of sights long the way because I forgot my camera, sadly. Lots of coffee was drunk in cafes, and slices of cake and toasted sandwiches featured too. North Wales is full of tourists, including us.

Looks like the tracker wasn't picking up much of a signal in Snowdonia. That straight line from Porthmadog to Llangollen was in fact a gentle meander via Barmouth and Dolgellau, but it doesn't show up.
