I've treated myself to a big spacecase for my 4WDing gear in the back of the Ninety, so I have installed some load-securing points in the load bay to anchor the case.

The idea is that now if I have a rollover I won't be killed by 4wd gear flying around the vehicle:)

Ah kool I'm hoping to fit a set of these soon.. just hope I haven't trimmed the arches too much

Ud be surprised how much u have to trim off it was a bit scary as I had no info with the arches I just had to offer them up guess then cut away. I did some sweating😰😰. But all I'm all I'm very happy with how they turned out.

Looks brilliant! I just got a set on Thursday, so my turn next ;)

Spent a few more hours sanding paintwork down and prepping for my new paint job.

Another afternoon should see it done, just rear and half the bonnet to do.
All doors coming off and being replaced so no need to sand them:)

I went out and had a look at Dorset yesterday and on the way back, as we were going past Coventry, I heard a new squeak that I didn't recognise. It seems to happen on acceleration. I've been looking for it today. Wheels off and hubs and brakes checked. All seems present and correct. There was a tiny bit of slack on one front wheel bearing but that disappeared on tightening the hub nut. Propshaft joints seem tight (should be, they're not very old). I think it might be the downpipe of the exhaust rubbing on the chassis. At rest there's a gap, but there's a shiny patch on the chassis and maybe it touches when the engine tilts over slightly under load. Whilst looking at all this I was listening carefully to all the funny noises everybody else's cars were making as they went down the road, so mine doesn't sound so bad by comparison.

Looking good that pete

thanks mate,
Put some paint on back door tonight so it can be drying and ready for a good coat of gloss tomorrow, no rust on it, good solid door.

If it turns out half as nice as yours I'll be happy mate:)
