Fitted new panhard rod bushes with the help of a furnace, vice and a large hammer. Rest in peace my mates vice, ye served us well the time we knew ye.

Tried once again to fix the gash in front of my diff casing, think I was actually successful this time.

And stuck some Wynns injector cleaner in it in the hope it'll sort it out a bit. It bloody better for 16 quid a bottle.

Whipped out rear diff to get it cleaned up and reconditioned before it gets re-homed in the new axle casing.
Now running around in diff lock. :D

Thinking of something I can improve on the Landy which I wont f**k up :rolleyes:

I am so bored, horses are done, daughters house is finished, kitchen wall is down and I don't have any plasterboard to finish the job. I have even done the washing and cleaning.

I hate being on leave, it doesn't leave you any jobs to do for the weekend :(:(:(

The first I dont know what it is, therefore I could definitely f**k it up. The second I don't have and don't need, but could probably f**k that up too :rolleyes:

Something like seat covers or stickers, or even paint perhaps. I don't have any of those things either.

Only thing I actually have is the cubby box which isn't fastened down yet. But the cup holders work very well without.

Silicone intercooler hoses, not needed but a nice colourful upgrade from the standard ones if they're on the way out and only a few quid more

Just undo jubilee clips and match the pipes, only 3 and all different sizes so you cant mess them up

Changed wheel bearings on passenger front as it colapsed yesterday. Took it out for a test drive and noticed a front prop uj gone. Seems like my disco going though a rough patch:)

Just some pics of yesterdays exertions

First off pimping my new to me (but old) tow pole ( I shoulda taken a picky of it before cos it was rusty as hell). It's not the straightest in the world by ok as a spare for occasional use.

After the respray....

And after making it a bit more visible.....

And secondly (although not too easy to spot) the new front wheel bearings, discs, pads and calipers.

New windscreen fitted and new genuine LR spot lights.
