put yer self some beer crates to one side then lean it on them wile yer get down , ffs yer like a woman with all theses issues :D:D:D or tie it to a tree and use the rope to pull it clear of the gearbox, even that engine hoist tight to the top will lift it enough to move it out ;)

as i said it int the liftin its where t lift it from? their int much to attach rope to that int gonna get damaged

right yer **** tekkin bastards! its off! ahv fooked me bad knee but it now sits behind the rear tub on the floor!

Why would yu want to leave your knee behind the rear tub on the floor?
Do yu have an artificial limb? And wot about the rest of yo leg?

ok let me re-phrase that......

the bulk head is off and its now on the floor behind the rear tub, in removing the bulkhead i have fooked up my bad knee!

better?

adjusted the idling speed so it doesnt stall at junctions then snapped an exhaust manifold stud tightening up the pipe

i should have extended the arm to its fullest setting (1/2 ton mark) as it would have given me a little extra hight and saved the handbrake drum clumping the front crossmember, btw that crane has paid for its self now! i would suggest to anyone get a 2ton (note i said TON not TONNE) engine crane if you have the space and the money it saves so much hassle BUT the next big tool on the list is a gantry

i was thinking about just getting a load of I section and having a pop meself.... would give me reason to rebuild the garage roof higher too! then i could have it run from where the back of the landy is all the way to the back of the garage! brilliant for taking engines etc out (and moving heavy stuff in and out of the garage)
