FoxyJam, thanks for the info, when i stripped the series down i removed everything off the bulkhead and took the wiper assembly to bits. My guess is that i have moved one of the wiper spindles while it has been disconnected and i put it together not lining it all up again.

Im planning on getting it fixed at the weekend along with numerous other jobs all in time for the freezing weather.

Ill update my build thread sometime over the weekend.
 
Just checked and re read my wiper info and said wiper drive went over both spindles. It don't! If you can see in the inside picture it goes over left one and under right one so the right spindle housing is tilted a tad

I havent been able to get out to work on it yet but literally yesterday i searched for other peoples wiper problems and i found that one should be under or at least flip the roller over. I will try and get on it later.
