i heard he was building recon V8's .

used to enjoy getting home and reading the posts tho,

- do i need to replace my valve seals ?
- yes
- ok , can some one show me where they are?
- do i need to re grind my valves ?
- yes
- all of them ?
- yes
- what do i need / how do i regrind them?
- i cant get to the head bolts?
- this job has cost me a fortune
- any one kno the torq of the head bolts
- oh and the rocker covers ?

shame he wasnt a bit closer, could of sorted it out in a weekend, considering he didnt have no specialist tools and had never stripped an angine before , it was a big thing to take on ! but i spose it was to save a quid in the long run? hope he got it back together before he forgot where it all went !
