Clearing loft, so loaded it full of stuff and off to dump - gonna take 4 trips easy. Not very exciting! You pack quite a bit in!!
 
last time i did that .. i ran into jobsworth and co.
telling me i needed an effing permit 'cause my vehicle type is a 'van' ..

then proceeded to tell me the plastic i was throwin' in a skip
was the wrong type of plastic ..

i got seriously ****ed-off 'n he noted my reg. number ..
my tyres were smoking on departure

freelander 1 1999 1.8i 3 door set up as 2 wheel drive untill the weather changes which could be next week :D
i got the petrol as working on the engine is easy Evan piston /liners which i have just done on my 1.8i mgf also i have tons of spares

Poll is to see what the popularity of the different engines are, which is down to what peeps currently own and what was preferred at the initial selling point. We can only buy second hand from what's on the market, which is down to popularity when selling first time round. I would have eggspected diesels to be more popular at the end of the 90's. I suppose there's also the factor of what's still on the road.

no it's an L series diesel, Ive had a petrol one in the past but my dad "borrowed" it and was not keen on giving it back, I always said if it was diesel I would use it every day and so I bought a diesel one! I love it got a slight cold start issue but I think Ive got to the bottom of it now so it's all good! :)
