I don't think this has already been covered explicitly, but apologies if I'm duplicating!

The three Amigos have raised their ugly collective heads yesterday. Would a run of the mill MOT garage be able to decipher the problem, or is there a simple explanation or list of things to give them to check. Or to put it another way..... What is 'Three Amigos' and its solution in Englsh?

I understand(assume) that I will currently driving around with no ABS or Traction Control, but am I missing anything else......and am I doing any damage?

Thank you.

well your abs will not work neither will your traction control but other than that it will not harm have you checked your gravity switch which is along side the handbrake under the center consol and have you check the foot brake switch along with abs sensor any of these can bring on those dreded lights

Covered extensively on this forum in English. Suggest mechanic looks for fault codes via OBDII.

No I haven't, I'm not very practical in this respect! Is it an easy job for a nogging!??

Many thanks for the responses by the way.

Most likely it's your brake pedal switch/switches.
Cheap and easy to change, so you might as well do that first!

Thanks, I'll try that first. Is the car in permanent 4wd without the three amigos or permanent 2wd?
