Had a look at the wing-mirror. I have a spare intermediate plastic thingy, I have a spare piece of glass. Unfortunately one of the plastic tracks that winds the mirror positioning is also smashed so I'm in trouble. I hope the prick-merchant that smashed it ends up upside down in a lake!

Used my new eBay xenon bulbs tonight.

LED's are available in a range of colour temperatures from about 2500 to 8000 so don't knock LED's, stick with your HIDious discharge bulbs that blind every other fecker coming towards you

Yes that's true, they do. I suppose they started out in ice white or whatever they call it
I'd much rather have halogens, they were great on the p38! But you don't get an option

Shirley that's only if they are poorly adjusted as with any headlight?

Halogens have the light source shielded, hid do not. they rely on the car being level and at the same height and orientation as the 3rd party. That all goes out of the window with uneven surfaces, hills, bridges etc

Take your point about the shielding but isn't it the light from the reflector and the lens that's more prominent. I've been blinded by all types of bulb when they are poorly adjusted. And uneven roads, hills, bridges have the same effect on all bulbs.

Passed a lifted P38A wirh some big wheels on the road between Little Milton and Thame. Looks like someone has a play with one!

A reflected light won't blind nearly so much as looking directly at a mini sun, which is essentially what molten plasma is

What's the deal with flat/frameless wipers? Need some new ones for the l322 and these came up at a reasonable price. Looks like the same fitment
