New crank seal/DMF/Clutch, just waiting for bellhousing to be welded then she's good to go.
Sorry I never got back to you re.manual gearbox bits, I've got a spare bellhousing,just needs a snapped bolt drilling out. PM me and I'll photo what I've got.
 
MrGorsky has lost loads. I told him to just glue them in. Means a bit more hassle testing the viscous coupling but that's about the only downside until a tyre goes.
I did that the first time I lost one. I luckily found it again on the dirt road out of where I was living. But after new tyres forgot to reglue it and lost it again. Only got one spare left. Gonna have to pop off all 4 wheels and dab them all with glue.

Thank you. Just getting my existing clutch arm and shaft welded up as they're prone for shearing with the HD clutch.

On the R380? Usually the Teflon wears away from the brass bush the clutch-fork shaft sits in. Also, the rubber dust seal wears allowing clutch-dust (friction material) in and making it harder to operate the clutch and causing either the spiral pins to break or the clutch to fail to fully return so you're effectively riding the clutch causing it to burn out. Silly money from Land Rover but what choice do you have?! The bushes just press out. I had an HD clutch in there with no issues. Currently on Valeo.

Edit: I did bang a shaft from a pop rivet up the centre of the spiral pins that hold the fork on the shaft. Given the hassle taking the box out I didn't want to go back in there in a hurry.

Yep, that's who I got my HD clutch off. Good guys. Replaced it after it burnt out due to the Teflon on the bushes being worn and the dust-cap letting in dirt to jam it! Eurocarparts had a deal on the Valeo and it was recommended so that's what replaced it.

how did you find the hd clutch? I’m hoping to push a fair bit more than standard so wanted something that could handle the torque.
 
All done old ones came out ok, the new ones look good nice brass collet and alloy Base, they could may have done with the top part being a little taller to get the pin in

Slightly different shape a the bottom to the ARNOTT gen 2 but they were reconed to be a bit hard at off road and too soft at motorway
Made up a clip puller quickly from the first thing that came to hand a rod from a pop up basin tap and it worked a treat

Car now sitting at off road setting to see if it sinks

Started to sink at the back.. not bad for a couple of weeks.. assuming it's not the new bags i put on last year, need to check the lines and valves
 
That doesn't sound healthy!! Were they cheap?
Umm..

On ECP they wanted around £120 just for 2 front discs Pfft..

I bought them from Rimmer bros in the end £113 all in pads anorl! ;)

Don't know why the front brakes are so expensive the rear discs and pads are 1/2 the price!
