Heats up and nowhere to expand. Permanently distorted and the screen vents don’t sit flush anymore.
Parked it in the sun, will put towel over it in future if it’s that hot again.
That's pretty extreme! Where was car when that occurred? Better make sure you keep your wedding tackle under cover!!!

Parked out on street outside the house last summer. Seen it on old cars years ago but you dont see it these days. When I opened the drivers door it was like opening the oven after you’ve left it on too long

42C a couple of times here last year, try to always have the cars under cover or at least in the shade.

It's taken a little while, but I now have a working upgraded flip 3 button key.

I bought this key; mine is actually a little different to this doesn't have the raised symbols as the seller has moved to this newer version since I bought mine - https://ebay.us/yybCmz

I couldn't get anyone local to cut the key, Timpsons said no, so I ended up sending it away to be cut to a company called Keys in the Post. https://ebay.us/RPGbNa

They were really excellent, John cut the new key, moved over the transponder rebuilt both keys and sent them back to me for just a tenner.

I received them today and just been out to Ronnie to pair up the new key using the orginal key and it's all working perfect.

Total cost. £30.

I's got two of those. Couldn't get one big enough to cover windscreen! They make a noticeable difference.

that they do...
My old heap has a wooden wheel and i made the mistake of not fitting the reflector, when i grobbed that wheel a layer of skin came off...
I had to wet a towl and wipe the wheel down just to lower the temp a tad!! ;)
