Did you time the injector pump with the nanacom by setting the modulation to 50% while engine was running?

No
As per wammers advice, engine off! I marked pump/flange tapped it gently around 1mm toward engine
Nipped the bolts back up then ran engine to temp and checked modulation again,mine was originally around 75-78 its now hovering around 50 with a low of 47 and a high of 54 to be spot on..it's done 178k
 
looked at it to see if yesterdays rain had washed off all the yellow pollen from the Colza (oil seed rape) It missed the lower tailgate:mad:
 
Thank you for all the comments regarding the wet passenger footwell. Today I cleared the air con drains and the problem has been solved!!!
 
changed the rear air bag yeeehaa was done in 10 min this time looked at doing the front bags and saw the little clips and thought feck it I cannot be arsed with the chew on had one victory didnt want to push me luck and shock her into thinking I care :p:D:D
 
Started stripping stuff out to do the driver's side blend motor, awaiting island 4x4 to deliver the goodies :D
 
.... and today it's been delivered. In a box big enough to fit a full set of air springs #nuts
 
Been busy on the old girl over the last couple of weeks, bought a breaker for the engine:



Got the donor engine in and it runs sweet as a nut:D

Fitted cruise control from the donor too.

Changed the heater o-rings, some muppet had managed to round off the pozi screw so had to change that too.

Got a new heated front screen fitted on the insurance

Yesterday was her first proper day out, arriving on site:





Still loads more I want to do but will have to wait a while.
