Photographed the Flashlube system on the V8 for a member who was contemplating fitting LPG to a Jag engined L322. Trouble is I can't remember who it was. Search came up with no results. I'll post it as a new thread and maybe he'll see it.
Might have been for mine that has lpg fitted but no sign of the flashlube?

Was it @Wazzajnr

EDIT: just seen he's responded. Why didn't his reply show up the first time?!

Drove to hartlepool and back. Clear run traffic-wise and returned equivalent of about 30mpg. Mostly on gas apart from the steep hills where it is switching to petrol. Not enough mileage for an accurate measurement but can't be too far off.
Thursday towing a trailer with a 2t spare part on it down to Poole then a 2t forklift coming back.
Going to do that all on petrol as I don't want to work it hard on gas til I've got the lpg serviced and flashlube fitted.
2 new tyres going on tomorrow.
Could do with new discs and pads all round and possibly new shocks as well just to tighten the handling up a bit.
Also need to do gearbox oil and filter change next week when I'm office based. Bloody work getting in the way as usual!

Work always gets in the way of life..

But on your terms, not at the witless whim of a know-it-all prat.
I ran my own business for over 20 years semi-retired at 56, so everything I did was on my terms and that included payment terms. I had enough potential new customers knocking on my door that I could tell bad payers to go elsewhere.

Took covers off to wash. These old HDC covers are amazing - 24yr old velour and still like new. Bet all the old velour sofas are long gone, retro off-roading at its best :D

And pulled out filler-cap switch, these are easy enough to pull out and replace but it is potchy job that takes patience. Take it out from the back

Why is that cigarette butt behind the gear lever? what's wrong with the ashtray?
It’s the things I had to do the switch - red n black multi screwdriver to take dash out, roll of insulation tape and tube of glue to fix button - it’s this...

It’s chewed a bit where the dog has got hold of it once or twice, he’s determined it’s his :confused::D

Ashtray is weird it only wants to stay open or closed every hundredth time you poke it ?!

Got my filthy mitts on my shiny new GAP IID tool. Managed to clear around 50 fault codes very few of which were any concern and I'm guessing old faults.
I think it's riding too high so I'll check the measurements tomorrow when it's in the unit on a nice flat floor.
Also got new gearbox filter and oil kit from eurocarparts along with new wipers and engine oil and filter.
Gonna be busy tomorrow!
