Started it for first time since oct and @kermit_rr tried his sdd as it doesn't seem to want to speak to his properly

Kind of parked it up and ignored it, sitting in it and hearing it run again today, I'm gutted I'm not gonna be running one 😢
My computer hasn't kept a record that it was ever plugged in. Which is odd. I'll have to check for the latest version and install the missing files. Need to check for latest version anyways

So, first decent trip last night to Northampton.
380 miles round trip. Computer showing 21.1mpg. Filled up this morning, took 63 ltrs which equates to around 27mpg.
In orrid wet weather and pushing 90mph most of the way home I don't think that's bad.
did you wave whilst you were up here?

Oh its wound me up somthing mad today, loaded trailer on with my skid car last night, all ready and boom missfire cylinder 8 and within a 150mile radius i can not get a new coilpack new or 2nd hand anywhere even in the scrap yards 🤬
Does 1 coil not fire 2 cylinders on wasted spark? So that would point to just a lead, cap or plug?

I think the clips for the trim are unobtainable and don't survive removal.
Only part which didn’t survive my windscreen change. Trim only needs to bend nanometers to not fit snugly anymore and seal. Wind will then catch it. the clips just crack off brittle with age. I did find a replacement trim but not the clips. The original screen was surprisingly well sealed by both the bonding agent and the 30year grime on the trim.
Bottom trim looks similar but was no issue? 7C46EAD3-D895-426A-BCC4-59DB7731E1ED.jpeg

Diesel don't have that problem LOL.:vb-party2:
Id have many others by now with a derv by now though im sure a 3.6 would have skinned me a pair of turbos or manifolds by now and been scrapped,
Iv been looking all day for somthing to buy just to use for tomorrow and stick aside,
But just ended up borrowing a connect van

Been having a bit of a problem adjusting heater blower speeds on hevac over past few months. Finally got round to taking it out this morning to have a look see. Quite a lot of carbon build up on contactor wheel so electrical cleaner and cotton buds to the rescue. Cleaned it all of and now works tip top. :) Had thrown book symbol but thats now gone, so fingers crossed
