while having a puncture repaired the other day i had a quick nose around underneath and spotted something on the axle( i circled them in red ) , with a pipe leading off up to the body somewhere . it had been cable tied on so i dont they are standard fit and there was also the same thing on the rear axle :confused: . are the remote breathers or whatever they are called for wading ?:confused: :confused:

That's your front axle breather chap, there's another one on the rear axle and there should be one on the gearbox too.
 
and one on the transfer box....... they will all cause you problems if you plan to do a body lift......... (you never remember to un clip the feckers)
 
blow down them an check there not blocked the front 3 should be just behind your engine at the back blow down if the air hisses back out the tube there fine if not get a newy poped on
