OK, I believe I am getting closer to finding the source of the leak.
Looking in the drivers door, down to the right just below where the bonnet opening lever is.
There is a load of wiring and next to that an opening in the bodywork which has foam in the opening.
The foam was soaking wet and the lower part was sticking out of the opening into the cab and it seems that water was dripping down close to the accelerator pedal.
I have pushed the foam all the way inside the opening as it seems to supposed to be there and not a bodge job to stop a leak.
So, where would the source of the water be that runs down to this opening and is the foam supposed to be a barrier to stop it entering the cab?
I find that hard to believe.

Hopefully, I can attach a photo.......

Well, it has been some time now and we have had lots of rain and I have driven through deep puddles and no sign of any water entering the cab since I pushed that foam completely into the void.
As soon as I get a dry day, I will seal up that void with strong polythene so it can't happen again. :D
