Well that makes sence. I always thought ther was someone on the inside who must have an issue. Rather than being non biased.

All decisions involving him should now be overturned and revoted with a non biased committee

I assume someone will already be on it. But we need a petition for a revote to overturn his decisions and have him removed from the board

So all he has to do is declare a personal interest and then he can take part in discussions and vote???
