He's probably still got a few left. It demises the screen with the pipe blowing from rear bulkhead. Well impressed :D

The water heater type ones rely on the car heater being any good, whereas the air heater type ones are a very good heater in their own right.

One of the very few reasons I would like a diseasel be used these are excellent for overnight camping trips!

Could easily fit small diesel tank I guess.

What sort of cost??

Cheers :)

Cost me £180 for everything. While i was searching for wiring instructions I found a pic of 1 that was piped into a jerry can.

Mine is a pre heater, webasto thermotop z I think. Cost about £160 on eBay plus another £60 for all the parts to fit and get it working.

So, for less than £200 i could have actual heating in a series...

I think that's just too crazy, no one would believe me if I said I had a warm series...They'd call me a mad man and stop talking to me on the CB

(what model have you got... i'm very tempted!)

Yes you can. Would be a very warm series with one in.

Airtop 2000 st. Kicks out 2kw

They'll know you've got heating because when you're on cb there'll be a background noise of "ffffoooooooooooommmmmm" whenever you speak!

Definitely the best way of heating though, they're awesome, instant heat and very very good, AND you don't need the engine to be warm :)
