Have just replaced the nearside inner Watts linkage bush adjoining the pivot.

Thought I’d share some supplementary thoughts and pictures.

British Parts were good in supplying a RGX100960, cost £31. Local dealer (not main dealer) quoted £154 for part fitted. I took my time and it took 4 to 5 hours.

I agree with you TaDa, loosen the nuts on ramps then jack the body. This is required so you can remove the central watts linkage pivot bolt. I left the wheels on for security. Next, remove the linkage, replace the bush, refit, then torque up back on ramps.

I managed to replace the bush without a press. I used a piece of timber with a 44mm hole, a 30mm socket, a lump hammer and 'this is happening' attitude. Care is needed to be sure you don't damage the seal.
