Just had the water pump on my 4.4 HSE go this afternoon. Poor thing now outside a London dealers awaiting treatment tomorrow. Anybody got any idea of how much thats going to set me back? 4.4 2003. I'm scared!!!:eek:
 
we allways play nice, we is all best of mates and will do all we can to help.[and have a little wind up] all in best of fun..
 
It's all cool chaps. I will let you know the damage though. I sort of expect it to be more than £300. Main dealer! On a serious note is the water pump a big job? Looks fairly difficult to get to. I supose I will find out tomorrow!
 
TBH mate ive never seen under the bonnet of one. should be easier than 540i/740i due to bigger bonnet space I would of thought.
 
Oh well as I said earlier I'll find out tomorrow. Love that car though. It's a nicer drive than my SL. Just wish she didn't drink as much as Oliver Reed.

oi,we are playing nice:D:D.a good sense of humour and a thick skin is required on this forum.you will get great advice,plenty of help where possible,but some urine extraction as well.:D:D:p;)
