B boydy1989 Well-Known Member Jan 17, 2009 #4 it looks to me like the remnants of a trailer socket, like just the inner bit. Although... it aint got enough pins. It could be a header for a towing socket mind, i think some of the pins in a normal socket are doubled up or spare.
