easiest way I found is to take off the front bumper, undo the wiring plugs for the foglights, pull off the breather hoses as well and then just undo the 2 star bolts that hold it on. There are a coupleof plastic block that retain teh side parts & these have a metal clip that springs off with a scredriver

A littletap with the hand to break the seal and it just slides off it's runners. You can then get at teh bottle no prob - i did this when I had to replace my headlight washer pump as I couldn't get the foglights out the bumper (rounded & rusted screws, now drilled out & replaced) and I did it all, including refitting the bumper, in less than an hour

RAVE covers the process well but misses out the slap with the hand to break the seal
 
A couple of times the small pipe from the screen washer pump has fallen off - the way I got to the bottom of the washer bottle was wheel off, plastic inner wing panel unbolted and flexed out of the way, good access to motors and pipes.
