can anyone tell me if the discovery 2 td5 has any kind of warning bleepers on them ?
i was driving it the other day and it started to make a noise but didnt notice any warning lights on .
its a 1999 td5 by the way ..

What kind of sound? ... is it continuous? ... like the one it makes if u stop the engine and open the door with the lights on?

anyway if u know all the equipment of your car concentrate on the first ignition warning lights self check... might be a real warning and the warning light is just not working... or ... u have to be more explicit on this to get help.

it was the type of sound it would make if the door was open yes.
not heard it before and not heard it since .
i dont suppose theres anything that tells you the fuel filter is blocked or the pump is having trouble moving the fuel is there ?

nope .... verify in the morning if all the warning lights are working on self check to make sure

did you accidentaly raise the rear suspension as you got in? (simple case of pushing a button). . when you go past 15mph it beeps a few times and then goes back down.
