3-gun used ones generally end up on the Bay of E for about £60. TBH, you can get a new one for not too much more, that is guaranteed BS approved.
And when yer cabinet is one of the things that could displease yer FEO, I’d go new every time!

He’d be best looking locally, as shipping stings on these!

And pro tip - however big he thinks it needs to be… go bigger! Always need space for 1 more gun.

Good call, I'll suggest eBay.

He's got a cabinet already, with 2 locks in the door.
He has got the key stuck in the top lock and can't get it opened.
He asked a local lock smith and was told it would be around £300 for call out and trying to open it.
Plus they might even damage it, so he would need to get another cabinet anyway.
Thanks all

Try the manufacturer for opening instructions or if they can recommend a lock smith. For 300 you can buy a nice angle grinder and new cabinet.
Just grind the gap between door and cabinet then fit new lock

He's says he's found one on eBay, so I'll leave him to it.
I'll give him a hand to open it up, wouldn't the lock be hi tensile steel or some other type of unbreakable/cut-able metal.

Nothing too serious.
They have to ‘be able to withstand a sustained attack’ - think it’s for 10 minutes.
Angle grinder will open it eventually, just be careful of the contents 😉
