Did you ever get a reply from anyone? I am in need of a Nanocom as my BCU has become belligerent and I need to upload the map to then download to a new unit. The local Land Rover dealer in Colchester have stated it will be about £850 for a new unit and the reprogram of it, which is way more than I can afford...
