Have bought a brand new freelander 2 and it has major vibrations which you can feel along the bottom of the car. the vibration occurs around 2600 RPM once over 50mph. the car is 8 weeks old. I'm fuming! Twice its been into the the dealership who firstly said it was prob tyre pressure (quite clearly not), and second time said, can't find the vibration, its gone. I took it out as soon as i got it back and its most defo still there. They have it back again and said to give them a week and then we'll go from there - they don't know what it could be causing the problem (I don't want the car anymore!!!). At first i was thinking that they should just replace it with another new one but i've now had 3 courtsey freelander 2's all of the same age as mine i.e. brand new and the one i currently have is doing the same thing!
Has anyone else experienced the same problem?
Has anyone ever bought a new LR and found a fault almost immediately and managed to get LR to take the car back?
Thanks
