Yes noisy when on full lock the first couple of times each way but that is cleared. Sounds like air in the system then which will make things heavier.There is an adjuster on the steering box,but before going to that has the system been bled,is the res free of bubbles/foamingand does the pump get noisy if you hold it on full lock?
