Hi Guys

Not been here for a while but I've just bought a TD5 2001 which is ex Transco so it's a lovely shade of light blue :( Anyhoo, the passenger side air vent flap is broke on the hinge and it's proving a little tricky to get at. From the front it's behind the grill and from inside I can't seem to remove the trim around knob. Any tips on how to get to the hinge so I can drill it and put a small bolt through it.

Ta.

Instead of removing the dash. You could release the vent flaps from the pin cotters holding them in. There you should gain access releasing hinge then withdrawing the handle too on the inside.
