I did a google shopping search, there's 20 liters for £18 plus delivery but if you spend over £50 it's free delivery. 100 liters cost £90 ish.

How does ur disco run wen on veg oil? Obviously keen to try cheaper alternatives to diesel just a bit unsure. Just change fuel filtered regularly?

Runs perfectly maybe even better than on diesel. Most recon you filter will clog when you start using it as it drags the **** up from the bottom of the tank, So make sure you have a spare.

Do a search there's loads and loads of info.

I got mine from Bookers cash & carry, £19 for 20 litres. Used 40 litres to try it and on a 50/50 split it was a nightmare to start. When eventually started she ran fine but the stink was awful - like a bloody chippy! I've gone back to using diesel again and no starting issues now and no smell!

Try a 70/30 mix in cold temps, 50/50 is a bit heavy in winter
50/50 was in September and she struggled like hell - often killing the battery. For me the problems outweigh the benefits, only covering 4k a year or so. Gonna stick with DERV now.

Mine ran as normal, maybe even a little quieter. You chucked a new set of glowplugs in it? My old van had to have new ones to start on veggie

Had no issues with new oil in my disco 300tdi runs great, but getting a bit cold now so gone back to derv just to be safe
