The applicant will be required to undertake a Customer Services role working as part of a team within the Internal Sales Department, reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.
Duties include dealing with all administration aspects of a busy sales office, processing customer orders and enquiries appropriately and in a timely manner. Providing fast, pro-active and accurate sales support to Regional Sales Managers. KPI’s will be set for pro-active sales calls and leads to be followed up and outcomes reported via the management information system.
You must be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Training will be given as required on Company product ranges and IT packages.

Within the admin team you will be responsible for providing admin support including minute taking, maintaining records and filing, diary management, compiling reports and data entry.

You will also be responsible for dealing with time sheets, calculating charges and processing these to the finance team - therefore good numeracy skills are a must!

Ideally you will have experience of working in the care sector and have excellent communication skills.

You will be highly organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven experience within a similar admin post is a must.

There will be a numeracy test as part of the assessment process due to the level of numeracy skills required. A HNC or SVQ in administration is desirable.

We are currently looking for a LABOURER on behalf of our client, a well-established Oil & Gas company based in Altens, Aberdeen.
This is a permanent role which will involve carrying out general duties in a busy workshop, including operating the forklift, operating the overhead crane and the loading/unloading of stock. There will also be full in-house training provided to learn how to phosphate pipe, which involves dipping pipe in phosphate coating, so there is a lot of variat...ion with this role.
Applicants should have a forklift license up to 10 tonnes, previous experience of operating overhead cranes and experience of an industrial workshop environment. An hourly rate of up to £10 per hour is on offer, depending on experience. This would involve a 40 hour working week, with consistent overtime also available.
