whats the 2 small pipes for on the v8 rad?

One goes to exp tank,other goes to top of inlet manifold on carb tower bit...

any idea what they do? and are connected to the rad for?

Sorry,not intelligent enough to answer why they are there..... When I replaced my Rad,I just put them back as they came off.Thats how I know where they go.

Two smal pipes are for blending one goes to the header tank and the other goes to the inlet manifold
