Hi guys, I've just bought a '87 auto to restore but a few bits were missing. I have read through previous threads & am still confused. I am auto-electricaly dyslexic. From the dizzy black box I have 2 wires White & white/blk. From a relay on the inner wing a white/blue. on top of the alternator a white with 2 conectors. With luck photo's attached. Any help at all is welcome,. Auto box if that makes a diference. Thanks. :nopics:
Pay no atention to the alternator, it's just to connect live wires to.

Update, having found part of another link somewhere, I have now connected the white wire from the positive coil to the dizzy box, & the white/black wire from the dizzy box to the negative on the coil. I have a white/blue wire to go somewhere & a white connected to a black (this is live with ign on) so I presume it goes to coil positive. the diagram I found has a wire from coil negative to Efi ECU pin 1, would this be the white/blue wire?? because I don't have any more wires. The white/blue has male end on it . 2 more photo's.

As I remember there is a ign live to the coil positive. There is an ign live from the coil pos to the ign amp pos. A wire from the coil neg to the distributor ign amp negative. and also a wire from the coil neg to the PCM through a resistor. There should also be a noise suppressor on the coil pos.

as owl said pic 4 is correct there should be another terminal on the back of the alternator for the wire showing on that picture. picture 3 should go to the neg side if i remember correctly

Thanks for your help, I must try harder, still no spark. might try a new black box gizmo on the side of the dizzy.
