Can anyone help please?

I have a Discovery 1 V8i with a water control valve that is not working. This is because the vacuum pipe has fallen off the control switch valve; this is controlled by the micro switches on the cabin heater controls.

Does anyone know where the vacuum pick up pipe should connect to on the engine? The pipe has a one way valve in line.

Any help would be most appreciated.
