Going to keep the 90 (4 cyl. 2.5P) as she's a good one so just need a V8 engine and possibly box.

Ideally a good condition running RRC/Disco1 3.5 V8 carb long stick LT77 or LT85 (more work). Would also consider a 3.9 Efi if all the bits are included and also possibly an auto.As complete as possible with ancillaries. A top end or even complete rebuild wouldn't be out of the question if the price was right, but it's a bit of a problem re time and workspace for a rebuild.

Got a mechanically good V8 EFi early Discovery. I put her away in dry storage last year for a rainy day. Drove very well, in fact she went like a bleedy rocket. Im in Cornwall though. Got a lovely Lt77 manual box. I had hoped to replace my noisey Lt85 in my 90 but its to much hassle. Im having the 85 rebuilt now.

I think I'm sorted engine wise and actually prefer a 3.5 to a 3.9 but open to persuasion! Is the 3.9 V-belt or serpentine? I'd need all ancillaries too e.g. efi system and loom, alternator, exhaust manifolds and ideally down pipes, plus any bits needed to attach to an auto. What condition is it in? mileage? Will it need a rebuild soon or has it some oomph left? What are you asking for it?
Re your other post on the ZF, as above really. In many ways this might be ideal as engine and box are together and thus should have all the parts I need to put it in the 90 e.g. support brackets, shifter mechanism & shifter, torque converter, inhibitor switch, oil cooler and pipes.
I can arrange a courier etc.
