Alright.. this is it, it may be small, it may be big. But we are
getting out on our first run as ULROC. This is a free event, however,
it is Land Rovers only. Anything from 1948 to today... We will be
taking the trail up to Lion Hill in Ophir. Leaving Saturday morning.
Keep an eye on: 'http://p3.forumforfree.com/goldrush.html ' and
scroll down to the ULROC section for more specific updates but
basically we will be crawling up the trail, then doing some exploration
and lunch (bring your own please!!!) and then creeping our way back
down. For anyone that has been up in this area, you know how sweet it
is, there are some huge mines up there that are full of all sorts of
neat rocks and crystals. If you dont know what Im talking about...
well....make sure you are there... even if you have to go buy a Rover.
it will be worth it in the end.

Don't forget the trailer of spares & tools !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll knock on wood, but the Rover has always been good to me, current
vehicle, 1996 Discovery, 155,000 miles, no major repairs, runs like
new, looks pretty good too. It takes a hell of a beating and is always
reliable. Only problem is the leaking PS fluid, however, I now look at
it as an indicator, when it doesnt leak, I need to refill it.
