Selecting the correct head gasket involves measuring the height of each piston above the block at TDC, and take the largest value. The manual says there are three available based on the piston protrusion :
1hole 0.50 - 0.60
2hole 0.61 - 0.70
3hole 0.71 - 0.80

No piston should protrude more than 0.80mm, but again doesn't say what to do if they do.

this subject is degree level engineering....you would do well to learn as it will save you money when yours goes popadoodledoo:D

gosh no such insult but rather than pay 1500 quid to fix a landy you could learn how it only costs 100 quid....

sometimes seen and not heard is suitable for wimmens which would make you far more clever IMO,
