Does anyone know where i can get a sump from by monday in the northwest. I have a MOT on tuesday and have got 2 4mm holes in the bottom of the sump. I put in engine flush and then couldn't get the sump plug out to drop the oil!!

I could give you a part number for a sump, that would aid your search with suppliers also someone may have one in their shed to let you have, but we can't as we don't know what disco it would be for.

If your are stuck you could use nuts,bolts, washers and rtv to seal the holes for now. Nut heads to the inside.

Another temporary fix is the epoxy metal available from most motor factors.

serious self tappers, the sort you get with mfi stuff, with copper washers under the head, no need to remove sump, it is tmporary though.

hello
use two M5 capheads with some PTFE wrapped around the thread ( clockwise) and seal it with a good multi sealent ( loctite etc )
