it will fire again but again its hard to start and does the same again

we have replaced the fuel pump (from land rover), fuel filter and housing, injector seals, injector loom and fuel ecu etc

any please have any ideas as to what we can do? really need the car :( and its costing me a fortune with it being at World Wide Landrover all the time

have you replaced the fpr?

just rang the garage with your suggestions

yes the fuel system has been purged

and yes the fuel pressure reg has been replaced with genuine landy part

:(

Have you had the injectors tested off the landy?

Also gave they been correctly coded to the ecu and in the correct locations?

i would put some clear hose from filter to injection pump and make sure there are no air bubbles getting in.

I am definitely no expert but does the pump sound noisy?
I had a fuel line chafe through & allowed air into the system, this made the pump quite noisy & the truck hard to start & it ran like a pig.
I also had 2 injector seals leaking.

had similar on 200 disco, turned out to be s**t in the tank. Drained it ,cleaned out tank and fuel lines . worked for me.

Or it could be a management issue.....these symptoms are specific for CKT or ECT sensor........first of all plug in a scanner if u have the possibility.
