have just bought a 95 discovery 3.9 v8i but its got a metal front bumper which should house a winch i would like to remove this and replace with a bumper from an updated model with the fog lamps in it and also update the lights to the twin spots can anyone tell me if this is possible and what to go for and where i may buy from thanks in advance chris

getting a front bumper shouldn't be a prob try a breakers or flea bay.

When you say twin spots do you mean aftermarket ones. If so any motor accessory shop will have em in.

i tried the sme thing with a td5 rear bumpr on my 200tdi, its nowin a corner of the yard somewhere
 
i like the lights but i would like a bumper with the fogs in the bottom can anyone tell me wot to go for or send me pics of ones that will fit mine
 
if you get a standard 300 tdi front bumper some of em come with fog lights, if not just bolt a pair of aftermarket ones on the bottom of the bumper
