Hi all

My question is- I have an 02 td6 HSE which has the ugly non- sat nav stereo in situ. I have seen on previous threads here that some of you have upgraded to an aftermarket sat nav, DVD, stereo, and bluetooth unit for a good price.
Has anyone got any experience of installing these units or any advice- I think I would then fit the trip computer system from the old stereo into the glove box to maintain the correct time on analogue clock and enable me to reset trip computer functions etc.
Seen this one- anyone got any opinions?

I would speak to Carvision and ask if they do a Mk 5 Hualingan or Dynavin units. That item looks ole a very early unit. They do all the things they say but the interface leaves a lot to be desired.

They seem to be charging about £200 on top for fitting- from looking into it, it doesn't look that complicated. Has anyone got any experience of these units?

Is there a better option as I have the same issue / query and do not fancy dropping £525 if I can help it!

The one I bought on eBay a couple of years ago now was £450 at the time

Think they are around £300 now

Good for the money !
