Hi Guys,

Update on the ongoing sager of EAS Problem.

Story up to now? back end on p38 drops down after turning engine of and standing for 10mins or 10 hrs.

Pluged EASunlock in and came up with 4 rl signal incorect( which i think is a ride height sensor on rear left side) and ( 7 vehicle as moved ).Tried to clear fault did as instructions said but back end still droping still have fault it seems.

This is were you cleaver guys come in and tell me is it a sensor or a bag that as gone,Bag on nearside looks worn.

Any thoughts guys would be most helpfull as allways.

If it looks worn ,good chance it's leaking, and most people change in pairs at least.
Do the soapy water test, and if you need them the bags are only about 120 quid for a rear pair of dunlops

So you think the bags are knackered and showing as rl signal incorect.
Yep, because as far as the ECU knows is it is trying to pump up taht corner and if it is leaking all the ECU sees is the sensor value not changing as expected and as such it thinks it is at fault! Although it would usually report a stuck valve!

Also if the sensor is returning an odd value, the ECU will report a duff sensor!
